Known for his compassionate leadership and deep understanding of grassroots challenges, Abdul Hamid continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of volunteers and social workers. Zahoor Ahmad Wani plays a pivotal leadership role in HET, helping guide its mission across Jammu & Kashmir to uplift marginalized and disaster-affected communities through sustainable, non-discriminatory support. His vice-chairmanship strengthens HET’s governance, program quality, and community partnerships.

Intikhab Aalam serves as the Program Manager at Humanitarian Emergency Trust (HET), overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s diverse humanitarian and development initiatives. With a strong background in project management and community engagement, Aalam plays a pivotal role in ensuring that HET’s programs—ranging from livelihood support and education to healthcare and environmental conservation—are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact. He coordinates closely with beneficiaries, volunteers, partner organizations, and government bodies to ensure smooth operations and maximum reach. Mudasir Ahmad Bhat serves as the Secretary Finance of Humanitarian Emergency Trust (HET), overseeing the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and accountability systems. With a strong commitment to transparency and efficiency, he ensures that all financial resources are managed prudently and directed towards maximizing the impact of HET’s humanitarian and development programs. His responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring expenditures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and advising the Board on financial strategies for sustainable growth. Known for his precision, integrity, and dedication, Mudasir Ahmad Bhat plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization, enabling HET to continue serving vulnerable communities with trust and reliability.

Bilal Ahmad Bhat serves as the Chairman of Humanitarian Emergency Trust (HET), providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization’s humanitarian mission. Under his guidance, HET has expanded its reach and strengthened its programs in education, healthcare, livelihood support, environmental conservation, and emergency relief.
